Payments & Refunds

Paid event registrations on Activly are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. By completing a paid registration you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund, including if you are unable to attend or participate. Where an event is cancelled by the organiser, any remedy is at the organiser's discretion and arranged directly with them; Activly facilitates registration and is not responsible for event delivery.

Virtual Challenges & Leaderboards

Certain events on Activly are virtual challenges whose results are tracked using Strava. To take part, you connect your Strava account so that your qualifying activities can be counted towards the challenge. By registering for a virtual challenge, you acknowledge and agree that your name and your activity results synced from Strava (including, for example, distance, rank, and completion status) will be published on the challenge's public leaderboard, which may be viewed by other participants and members of the public.

You may disconnect your Strava account from a challenge at any time; however, activities that have already been counted towards the challenge will remain on the leaderboard. Your use of Strava is also subject to Strava's own terms and privacy policy. For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

User Comments

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Activly does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.

Automated Access, Scraping & Reuse of Data

The content on Activly - including event listings, event details, posters, organizer and club information, and any data exposed through our website or APIs - is provided for personal, non-commercial use on activly.co.ke. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or headless browsers) to access, copy, harvest, or index our content or data, except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers indexing public pages;
• extract, collect, compile, or store our event or organizer data in bulk;
• republish, redistribute, resell, or display our content or data on any other website, application, or service; or
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with any rate limiting, access controls, or other measures we use to protect the platform.

We may monitor usage and automatically block or rate-limit access that we reasonably believe violates these terms, and we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies for unauthorized access or use of our data.
